  2. Shipping Methods: a. We offer shipping within the United States. b. We utilize reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. c. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout for more information.

  3. Shipping Costs: a. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and your location. b. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you submit your order.

  4. Tracking and Delivery: a. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or any other contact information you have provided. b. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date. c. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.


Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: a. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: a. The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, and underwear)

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Custom-made or personalized items
